Step 2c Enable SSL step 1 cannot be completed because the Server Properties button referred to is
greyed out.

1. Go to Control Panel -> Internet Information Services. Right click the v-GO PM Service web site.
Click Properties.

2. Click the Directory Security tab and under Secure Communications, click Server Certificate.
