No Relational Tables Appear In Objects To Capture From Server Model. (Doc ID 438134.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 10.1.2.3 in Production:
Find when trying to capture a server model that the list of relational tables to be captured is empty in the objects tab when connected to  a 10.2.0.3 database
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see all the tables to be captured since they are visible in sql*plus

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Server Model to capture

2.Enter username, password, connect and owner of the objects to be captured and fill out the Target Container and Capture implementation into the database selected, and the appropriated user.

3.Select the OBJECTS Tab and expand the relational tables section, it does not contain any name is empty, some other objects are displayed

Due to this issue, users cannot capture his model
