Using the userGroupsProfile IDXML Function Returns the Error "User Not Found" (Doc ID 438524.1)

Symptoms

An attempt to use the IDXML function "userGroupsProfile" causes an error message to be  displayed in the SOAP response indicating that the user can't be found. An example SOAP response is as follows:
