Using the userGroupsProfile IDXML Function Returns the Error "User Not Found" (Doc ID 438524.1)

An attempt to use the IDXML function "userGroupsProfile" causes an error message to be  displayed in the SOAP response indicating that the user can't be found. An example SOAP response is as follows:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP ENV="">
<Oblix xmlns:oblix="" xmlns="" oblang="en-us">
<ObTextMessage>Unable to find CN=xxx,OU=Users,OU=xxx,ou=domain,dc=com.</ObTextMessage>

The sent IDXML:

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="" xmlns:oblix="">
