It is assumed that the below resources are installed and available for use:

Windows XP Machine
Oracle eSSO Logon Manager administrative console, logon manager client installed with Windows v1, LDAP logon methods and configured with the Database Synchronizer.
Microsoft SQL Database Engine (MSDE) Installed
