- After changing the port of the HTTP Server (from 7778 to 80 for example), all the services of the Application Server are working fine and the Enterprise Manager is showing their status as Up except the Reports Server; the Enterprise Manager is showing its status as Unknown.
- When clicking the Reports Server link to open the home page of the Reports Server in the Enterprise Manager, the displayed status of the Reports Server is Down.
