Symptoms

Trying to upgrade a Metadata Repository (MR) from 10.1.2 to 10.1.4 as part of the upgrade to Identity Management 10.1.4, the Metadata Repository Upgrade Assistant (MRUA) script fails after selecting the MR to upgrade with the following error:
