API5072 Error When Deploying an OWB Process Flow to Two Different Workflow Schema Installed On The Same Database Instance

Symptoms
Attempting to deploy an OWB Process Flow fails with the following:
Changes
A second WorkFlow schema has been installed in the database instance.
This can be reproduced with :
1. Install two workflow schemas (owf_mgr and owf_mgr1) in the same database instance where the OWB repository and target schema reside.
2. Define two Control Center configurations - one for OWF_MGR and the other for OWF_MGR1.
3. You are able to successfully deploy the process flow the first time using both Control Center configuration
4. But then onwards deploying process flow using one Control Center configuration works. However when trying to deploy the same process flow using the other Control Center configuration the above error is raised.
