How to Enable the Task Wizard Component

Goal
When checking content into a project, and clicking the Configure button next to the Selected Workflow metadata field on the Content Check In Form, the user get the message shown below.
This feature requires that you install the Task Wizard component.
In the installation manual on page 3-7 it states the following:
3. Choose whether you want users to be able to route documents for review.
Recommended: Accept the default (disabled).
Optional: Enable the selection. When workflow routing is enabled, the Task
Manager component is automatically installed. Clicking the Configure button
next to the Selected Workflow metadata field on the Content Check In Form
(Project) screen will launch the Configure Workflow Wizard.
If this feature is disabled at the installation and then later changed to enable workflow routing, it will be necessary to enable the Task Wizard component, to avoid the error shown above.
