Goal

How can you connect Content Server to SQL Server using Windows Authentication as opposed to named SQL Server users?

This requires SQL Server to operate in "mixed-mode" authentication for both SQL Server and Windows. Some organizations require that all applications connecting to the database operate in Windows only authentication.
