Goal
Documents were imported into IPM (using the Index tool) as JPEG files. However, when doing a 'Save As' to get the photo back out of IPM, it reproduces the file as a TIFF image. The TIFF file is not usable for conversion back to a JPEG image because it places a black border around the outside edges.
Is there a way to export JPEGs directly from the application out to their native formats?
