When experiencing printing problems from the IPM Web client, it is often asked to enable logging for the PRINTTOOL module which handles printing requests.
The PRINTTOOL module handles the print requests from the web client. There is no logging option for this tool by default, and the registry must be edited to be activated.
Therefore, rights to edit the registry must be present. Enabling PRINTTOOL logging is only valid on non-unicode systems (client environments only).
