How to perform a local install of the Dynamic Converter Template Editor?

The Dynamic Converter Template Editor is a small application that typically downloads easily to the client during the first edit of a Dynamic Converter GUI template.  However, users with lower bandwidth connections who experience problems downloading the Dynamic Converter Template Editor can use the instructions in this article to install the Template Editor locally.

The first time a user attempts to edit a template the Dynamic Converter will detect that the editor is not installed and will begin an automatic download and install process.  The Dynamic Converter Template Editor (.cab) file is typically over 10 MB and may take a few minutes to download, particularly if you have a relatively slow connection to the server. In some cases, this download will fail if a timeout occurs.
