How to derive the Title to be the native documents filename upon check in

Goal

How can you make the Title field on check in become the name of the file being submitted?

The Title field in Content Server is a system defined metadata field that is required on all content items. Normally this field is presented on the check in page for the contributor to fill out before submitting the content. In most cases, having a meaningful and descriptive title is useful in searching and identifying content.

But in same cases, users are familiar and comfortable with using the filename of the content itself for searching and identifying the content. And by using the Title field for this, it means one less field the user has to fill out.
