Symptoms

When selecting the Ctl-Shift-F5 key combination on a Site Studio layout page with a Contributor Region, nothing happens, or the web page indicates that Contributor Mode is set as seen by the notation at the top right-hand corner. However, there are no page icons that would allow you to use Contribution mode.
