"Failed communicating with the WEB server" Error When Clicking "Next Page" in IPM Web Plug-in (Doc ID 445757.1)

Symptoms

After installation of the IPM Web server, the following error occurs when using the plug-in and attempting to "Next Page" through a document, or when attempting to print:

Failed communicating with the WEB server. Please exit and login to refresh your session.

The first page loads but clicking the "Next page" button yields the error.
