Symptoms

When I create a connection using the Inbound Refinery (IBR) Service Manager I receive an error message stating that the account name was not accepted. The error message reads:

“Unable to install Win32 service. A system error was reported: 'The account name is invalid or does not exist'. Do you want to create the connection without the service?"
