When setting up an IPM domain across a WAN environment, the reading and writing of Storage objects will require a large amount of network bandwidth. How can the system be implemented to maximize available bandwidth and keep a high level of performance? Distributed Cache Server addresses the issue of maintaining as much of the WAN link as possible for traffic other than retrieval of images/files stored in an IPM system.
