Symptoms

After completing Topic 5, Exercise 1 and going to Topic 5, Exercise 2 no documents are returned in the search results. When clicking on next the following error occurs:

Content Server Request Failed. This content item no longer exists.

When moving on to Topic 5, Exercise 3 the following error occurs:

Content Server Request Failed. Unable to execute service CHECKOUT_OK and function QdocInfo. (System Error: Invalid characters in the number ‘undefined’.)


If the SecurityPack component is disabled, this error does not occur.
