Goal
How to have only a vault file and no normal weblayout files. Customer does not want to have weblayout files that normally are placed there either from refinery or native passthru. Typically if one has checked in a native document such as a Word Doc, without refinery or with PDF converter, a resulting Word Doc or PDF file will get placed in the weblayout directory. If the file format is set to Passthru, then the native file ends up in the weblayout directory. It is basically a duplicate file.
