Symptoms


Customer is using Check Out and Open (COAO) on a clustered Content Server

The cluster has 2 servers, a contribution server, and a consumption server.

In the config files httpserveraddress is set to cluster name ( not servername )

Users log into the Content Server using the Content Server address ( for contribution purposes ) (not cluster address )

When using COAO it is substituting the cluster address when it tries to retrieve the content item - he needs it to use the CS contribution address
