Symptoms

Documents are stuck in GENWWW status in Work In Progress. The Inbound Refinery log reports the error:

Conversion completed -- Step Unable to convert. Native application reported: '' There is not enough memory or disk space to complete the operation. forced conversion failure passthru by conversion engine because of error: '(Err)'. MSOfficeToPostscript
