Symptoms
When trying to launch the Data Engine Control Center for Content Tracker an error was thrown and the applet was not opened. The error says it couldn't launch the application from a directory where it thought that the component was installed to. It was looking in the correct path on the c: drive and everything for her server was on the d: drive.
