IDC PDF Converter Printer Fails to Install (Doc ID 447213.1)

Symptoms

The IDC PDF Converter printer didn't install during the install process for PDF Converter and IBR and running the install again in update form didn't correct the problem either.

Following the PDF Converter Install Guide (install_pdfc_win_76.pdf) section for Installing the IDC PDF Converter Printer on page 5-8 i entered the suggested command and it produced the following error

E:\pdfconverter\win32>Installer.exe --set-InstallConfiguration=PDFCPrinter --set
-TargetDir=C:\stellent\idcrefinery --
The InstallConfiguration 'PDFCPrinter' is unknown.
