Accounts Created by LDAP are Getting Incorrect Permissions in Content Server

Symptoms
In the content server they have a groups that are being brought in via LDAP and mapped to accounts. Some of the groups are creating accounts that are nonexistent in the content server. The default permissions for these accounts for users is read, write and delete (RWD). Is there a way to restrict the permissions of these accounts on the content server side with a configuration setting?
