Upload Applet Does Not Bring the User to the Check In Confirmation Page (Doc ID 447950.1)

Goal

With the 'Enable upload applet' option turned on, checking in a document results in the following pop-up message:
"Successfully checked in content item 'xxx'"
 Then the user is left on the check-in screen. The check-in confirmation screen is not displayed.

Is this correct behavior?
