Symptoms
If you have the IndexVaultFile patch installed with the IndexVaultFile=true in your config.cfg, using the trays layout will sometimes become broken. If you check in a metadata only HCST document and then attempt to view the web location of the document, the main frame of the trays layout will become blank, and remain blank, until a new document is viewed. Clicking New Checkin, Search, or My Profile will not change the behavior. Both of these behaviors only happen with HCST files (HTML, Word docs, and other documents behave just fine). Also, This issue appears to be an Internet Explorer specific bug as it does not happen in a Firefox browser.
