Expired content cannot be deleted with Folders178 (Doc ID 448354.1)

Symptoms

When the customer tried to delete expired content using Repository Manager, an error occurred and they couldn't delete expired content. This happened with Folders178.

We tried to reproduce this and happened to know that this symptom happens with Folders178 and does NOT happen with Folders192 which is the latest folders component.

The customer would like to confirm if this specific problem is actually part of the fixes between Folders 178 and 192, if yes, what was the fix for it?
