Symptoms

After changing the password for the AD admin user one of two stubs admin server will not start and the following error is thrown when attempting to access it.

Unable to alter the process. Content Server 'rm_prd_admin' reported the following error: Unable to execute service ALTER_ROOT_IDC_SERVER_PROCESS and function alterProcess.
(System Error: Configuration parameter 'processController' is not specified for executing request.)
