Symptoms

Power Point files containing images copied from a Visio file fail in the refinery process upon check in. Only the portions of the Power Point that do not have an image copied from Visio will successfully convert to PDF up until an image that was copied from Visio is inserted, then the rest of the Power Point does not convert. The error displayed on the page in the Power Point is:
