Last updated on APRIL 10, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 7.5.1 to 7.5.2 [Release Stellent]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Product: Content Server
Version: 7.5.1

Symptoms

Access counts do not reflect multiple accesses of the same document from the same user for the same day.

Scenario: Same day - Same user
A user accesses a document and then re-accesses the same document at a later time. When data reduction is performed, Content Tracker Reports shows 1 access for that document from that user.

Questions:
Under what circumstance(s) does Content Tracker qualify an access as a new access?
Does it skip log data that is considered cached by the web server?
Is there a lead time for content retrieval to be considered a new access?

What is the setting to adjust the Maximum number of seconds that can occur between consecutive references by a particular user to a particular document?
