Symptoms
A revision was not deleting properly. One document has 3 revisions and revision 2 and 3 were checked in with the same revision label number of 2. With some confusion and attempts to delete one of the revisions would not delete and we had an error mentioning a missing file from a file path with the Server weblayout directory in it.
