Symptoms
Can you please advise how an external user (Active Directory) is granted RW access to the [Documents without accounts] special account? I'm unsure as to whether this can be done as I understand it is not possible to define access to this account in Active Directory. In the config.cfg file we have the DefaultNetworkAccounts set to #all(RWDA),#none(RWDA) but this doesn't seem to apply to any of our external users.
