Symptoms
When using LDAP security, a group of users in LDAP has been created and is functional externally. Customer would like to modify the ACL list in Collaboration Manager to use the external LDAP group. They have an option in Collaboration Manager's ACL editor for internal user or group or external group, but when they add the external group they don't see it in Collaboration Manager.
