Symptoms

When migrating dependent choice lists (DCLs) from one Content Server to another, ConfigMigrationUtility (CMU) was used to transfer the data.  After the transfer completed, the DCLs did not work properly.  Upon further review, it was noticed that the custom tables used by the DCLs did not have all of the data they should have.  How should the data in those custom tables be transferred?
