Symptoms
Accounts get lowercased when brought in from AD. That causes Work In Progress (WIP) page not to be displayed correctly.
If the user is set up with the account in lower case, i.e. bigcounterparts, the WIP retrieves correctly.
If the user is set up with the account in mixed case, i.e. BigCounterParts, doesn't retrieve correctly.
