Problem with Authentication (Doc ID 450759.1)

Symptoms

The customer discovered the following error in the server output and content server log:

Exception in thread "IdcServerThread-123" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
intradoc.server.Service.clear()V
at intradoc.server.ServiceManager.clear(Unknown Source)
at intradoc.server.IdcServerThread.run(Unknown Source)

This error appeared to be associated with external users attempting to authenticate to the content server via Active Directory through the AD over LDAP provider.
