Symptoms

Active directory users are failing to log into the server.
Turned on Plugin_Debug and Filter_Debug.

This is the error in the log:

---ADS(4.6.0.17) Connecting to: LDAP://DOHMAIN/rootDSE
---ADS(4.6.0.17) ADsOpenObject call failed. Returning. (8007203A: The server is not operational.)
---ADS(4.6.0.17) Error retrieving attribute 'defaultNamingContext' (8007203A: The server is not operational.
