Active directory users are failing to log into the server.
Turned on Plugin_Debug and Filter_Debug.
This is the error in the log:

---ADS(188.8.131.52) ADsOpenObject call failed. Returning. (8007203A: The server is not operational.)
---ADS(184.108.40.206) Error retrieving attribute 'defaultNamingContext' (8007203A: The server is not operational.
