Active Directory is the main method of authentication and the log file has the following error:

--S36724.953-P3892-T1092 ADS(x.x.x.x) Error Encountered Binding with DsBind
--S36724.953-P3892-T1092 ADS(x.x.x.x) DsBindWithCred: (ERROR): The parameter is incorrect.
