Symptoms

404 errors are returned when viewing the web page after migrating layout fragments and fragment libraries from the development system to the production system.

Changes

1. Migrated system from development to production.

2. Changed the instance name on the production content server.

3. Upgraded Site Studio and manually installed the SSURL plugin.
