Symptoms
The first invocation of a freshly deployed application to OC4J, receives a HTTP-500 Internal Server Error page showing "oracle.classloader.util.AnnotatedClassNotFoundException". Acessing from another browser, shows the application working normal. The same error page will still display even the instance has been been stopped.
