Symptoms
Content Server will not start. Error code 1064 in Windows. This is a fairly generic error that can have many different causes.
Changes
The most common cause of this error is Content Server cannot access it's backend database. This may be caused by permission issues, Network Infrastructure Changes e.g. firewall, etc.
