ORABPEL-09711 Error While Loading XML Schemas for BPEL Process (Doc ID 457015.1)

Symptoms

After enqueing the XML message into the Internal Delivery Channel via the File Adapter, the adapter gets the error:

ORABPEL-09711
    
        Error getting xml schemas for a BPEL process.
        Error while loading xml schemas for BPEL process
        "bpel://localhost/EDIB2BPROD/BPELProcess_LibertyMutual_810~1.0/".  The reason is Error loading
        schemas from wsdl.
        Error while loading schemas from wsdl file at location
    
    "http://10.11.62.131:7730/BPELConsole/wsil/adapters/B2B/EDI_X12/LibertyMutual_DocProc-4010/810/810_L
        ibMut_Def?wsdl".  The reason is Start of root element expected..
        Please verify the schemas defined in wsdl.
