Symptoms
After enqueing the XML message into the Internal Delivery Channel via the File Adapter, the adapter gets the error:
ORABPEL-09711 Error getting xml schemas for a BPEL process. Error while loading xml schemas for BPEL process "bpel://localhost/EDIB2BPROD/BPELProcess_LibertyMutual_810~1.0/". The reason is Error loading schemas from wsdl. Error while loading schemas from wsdl file at location "http://10.11.62.131:7730/BPELConsole/wsil/adapters/B2B/EDI_X12/LibertyMutual_DocProc-4010/810/810_L ibMut_Def?wsdl". The reason is Start of root element expected.. Please verify the schemas defined in wsdl. .
