'The factory did not finish in the alotted time' error when Converting Large Video Files with Video Manager (Doc ID 457781.1)

Symptoms

When you attempting to convert a large video file in Flip Factory, the Inbound Refinery shows timeout errors before Flip Factory is completed.  The Content Server log files show the following message.
