500 Internal Server Error Trying to Login Through WNA-Enabled SSO Environment (Doc ID 458796.1)

Symptoms

Logging into the SSO admin application (/pls/orasso) returns the following error:

  500 - internal server error.

-AD users were bootstrapped and synced into OID successfully.
-Ldapbinds and ldapcompares work for  AD users
