Symptoms


You encounter a problem whereby the eSSO client fails to synchronize with
the repository.

eSSO client fails to synchronize with the repository

Synclog.txt trace file will show the following errors:

.\OracleAccessControl.cpp(87) 08/28/07 09:01:39
Process Pid <PID> FAILED TO ADD WITH ERROR 81

.\ldapsynchronizer.cpp(1016) 08/28/07 09:01:39
Process Pid <PID> COULD NOT ADD AT LOCATION: cn=<USER_ID>,ou=People,ou=SSOConfig,<DOMAIN>
