Oracle Application Server 10g Enterprise Edition - Version: 10.1.2.0.2 to 10.1.2.3.0
Symptoms
In an Application Server 10g Release 2 J2EE & WC standalone midtier, when trying to deploy any new application an ADMN-906025 error is raised.
The applications shown in this container by dcmctl listapplications -co <oc4j instance> do not longer exist in the filesystem, but they are still referenced in the DCM repository.
Trying to undeploy these applications an ADMN-300071 error is raised.
If we try to perform any other DCM operation such as creating a new OC4J instance, an ADMN-705024 will be raised.

A previous deployment operation failed and lead to this Out of Sync scenario
