Symptoms
While trying to create a new OC4J container you receive the following error:
Steps to reproduce this problem:
1. Install fresh instance of Application Server with the instance name same as hostname.
Example: If hostname is "test" then instance name also should be "test"
2. Create an OC4J container with the name "testCore"
3. Delete this container and try to create again
