Unable To Start Oid Using A New Configset In SSL Mode Getting Error SSL Failure : NZ Error - 28860 (Doc ID 462033.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Unable to start odisrv in SSL mode. The wallet is in ready state. There appears to be no problem with wallet. The certificate key size is less than 4096 bits.

In fact user can bind to Active Directory server using the same wallet successfully.

Example:

$ldapbind -h AD_Host-p AD_SSL_Port_636 -U 2 -W file:/Location_Of_Wallet_File"
-P Wallet_Password -D "CN=Administrator,dc=AD_Domain" -w AD_Admin_Password

bind successful

OID server however is unable to bind successfully :

ldapbind  -h OID_HostName -p OID_SSL_port -U 2 -P Wallet_Password -W
file:/Location_Of_Wallet_File"  -D "cn=orcladmin" -w password

SSL Failure : NZ Error - 28860
