"Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint" Error When Trying to Create a Folder (Doc ID 462789.1)

When users try to create a folder they are given an error "Unable to create a folder named xxxxx."

The Content Server logs will show the following error:

"Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_CollectionID'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'Collections'."
