Symptoms

When doing an Archiver import, the Content Server does not recognize required field names with different cases as being the same name. For example, if you have a field named Department in an archive and wish to import it into a Content Server with a required field named DEPARTMENT the import will fail because the Content Server does not recognize the two fields as being the same. Additionally, you can not create a field map between the two fields of different case because the field mapping recognizes the different cases as being the same.
